We use your personal data (e-mail and name), gender for the purpose of direct marketing - sending business messages.
However, you can always unsubscribe from receiving newsletters in every e-mail you receive. We won't be mad at you. It is your right.
Advanced Consent Marketing
Only on the basis of your consent, we may also send you inspirational offers from third parties, for an indefinite period after the consent has been granted. This can of course be revoked at any time via our contact details.
Our associates, who are bound by confidentiality and trained in the field of personal data processing security, have access to your personal data. We all pull together and treat your data as if it were our own.
We manage all processing operations ourselves within our internet applications and do not need to involve third parties.
In order to ensure partial processing operations that we are unable to ensure on our own, we use the services and applications of processors who specialize in the given processing and are in compliance with the GDPR.
All processors involved are obliged to protect your personal data in the same way as us and have committed to this in their declaration or contract.
They are mainly suppliers from the field of: server infrastructure, security and accounting.
We also use the services of Google Analytics, Heureka, and, in the case of your consent, the Facebook pixel to target advertising.
It is possible that in the future we will decide to use other applications or processors to facilitate and improve the quality of processing. However, we promise you that in such a case we will place at least the same demands on security and quality of processing on the processor as we do on ourselves.

YOUR RIGHTS
You have a number of rights in connection with the protection of personal data. If you would like to use any of these rights, please contact us via e-mail: lukaskamna@seznam.cz.
You have the right to information, which is already fulfilled by this information page with the principles of personal data processing.
Thanks to the right of access, you can challenge us at any time and I will provide you with evidence within 30 days of what personal data we process and why. You can use this right for free, for up to 3 inquiries per year. Additional questions will be charged at CZK 333 per question.
You can use the right to restrict processing if you believe that we are processing your inaccurate data, you believe that we are processing unlawfully but you do not want to delete all data, or if you have objected to the processing.
You can limit the scope of personal data or processing purposes. (For example, by unsubscribing from the newsletter, you limit the purpose of processing for sending commercial messages.)
The right to object
If you believe that we are processing personal data unlawfully.
Right to portability
If you would like to take your personal data and transfer it to someone else, we will proceed in the same way as when exercising the right of access - with the only difference being that we will provide the information to you in a machine-readable form. Here we need at least 30 days.
Right to erasure (to be forgotten)
Your other right is the right to erasure (to be forgotten). We don't want to forget you, but if you wish, you have the right to do so. In this case, we will delete all your personal data from our system and from the system

We send you e-mails with inspiration, articles or products and services if you are our customer and based on our legitimate interest. You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in each email.
In other cases (e.g. registration for newsletters), we only send them to you based on your consent. In all cases, you can unsubscribe from our emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link in each email sent.
